Rick* was falsely accused of a sexual offence against a woman many months ago.  It is yet another deliberate and false, malicious lie in a case that will astound even the most experienced of people in this area of debate an public awareness.

As he continues to face each new blow to his mental health, Rick* suffers extension after extension of his pre-charge bail with no idea how long this investigation will last.  The lies that have been told, and the injustice perpetrated against him as the case continues, are the stuff of nightmares.

I have been in communication with Rick* for some time now and he was keen for people to know the truth about what is happening to him.  False allegations are a soul destroying experience, leaving the victim feeling alone, trapped, and often suffering severe mental health issues as a result.  Many people who have been through it (like Sir Cliff Richard and many famous people) speak of feeling like they would rather be accused of murder.

 

Of course, we cannot given out any confidential information or, divulge the name or location of the investigation but what we can do is maintain his innocence and give an every day account of what it feels like to be accused of such a horrendous crime where there is no evidence at all to substantiate the alleged crime.
